Ups and downs just can't have enough. Life can never be stable, cause it's just like a sine wave. Here I am with my own ups and downs, but hey, it's all part of life, so either live it to the fullest or screw it. Choose wisely and you'll be happy, sulk over matters and be a sucker. So here I am keeping track of the 'phase cycles'-for non math people it's one wave up and another down making a complete cycle-of my life :)

Abstinence?
Is abstinence realistic in modern society nowadays?
This is a question brought forward by the speaker during my recent church camp, in the No Apologies workshop. So, to the youths out there, what is your opinion?
